The main ingredients are their wonderful Pumate (sun-dried tomatoes) and their black olive paste. The addition of quality fruity extra virgin olive oil, capers and a pinch of red pepper gives this sauce a particularly rich taste.

Add a little cream to make a "pink"sauce for pasta, or add a tablespoon to mashed potatoes for some colour and extra flavour.

Instead of using a standard tomato paste, try Salsina for extra flavour and zing! Also great as a base for pizzas with bocconcini. Goes great with fresh mozzarella or goat's cheese on a cracker.
Combined with fresh or canned tomatoes and stock, it makes a delicious sauce for plain sauteed shrimp.
