Direct from the frantoio from Santa Tea just south of Florence (Firenze).
This extra virgin olive oil comes from the careful selection of hand picked olives at the moment of their ripening. Therefore creating an extra virgin olive oil with a sweet, harmonic flavor, and a delicate, full-bodied taste, (as mostly black olives are used).
The olives used are Leccino and Pendolino, which produce an oil that is golden with green reflections.
