Direct from the Frantoio in Santa Tea, just south of Florence (Firenze).
This is an early harvest extra virgin olive oil that comes from the careful selection of green olives, hand picked, and cold pressed.
The varieties used are Frantoio and Moraiolo.
A strong character, with an intense fragrance of fresh olives and light hints of artichokes and wild grass.
Slightly spicy with a full-bodied and well balanced taste.
