Excellent as an hors d’oeuvre or delicious all by itself on toasted bread or with mozzarella, and in strips on finger sandwiches.
Cut into large dice and toss with garlic and butter on low heat, add pre-cooked chicken strips if you wish, goes great with Giovanni Fabbri Linguine or L'Piemonteiss Pappardelle!
